How to build a job - Part 3

When planting grass seed for erosion control purposes, use annual ryegrass seed. It germinates very quickly and helps to hold the soil in place. This grass came up in 9 days.

Fill dirt is trucked in from another location and the spreading and grading begins.

This particular job is being worked from the back side out to the front, due to the fact that the trucks cannot travel thru the wet material they are bringing in. They run on the existing ground and I build it up to grade as we go.

A typical truck in our area carries 10 cubic yards of dirt.
